MOREDATA AGREES ON PARTNERSHIP WITH MURAH TECHNOLOGIES TO SELL SGAUDIT IN BRAZIL

Murah Technologies is a brazilian company based in Sao Paulo, an expert in technology integration focused on large and midsize corporations market.

MoreData is a portuguese company based in Lisbon, owner of the Audit Management System (SGAudit), an information management system developed for organizations that make frequent audits and inspections. MoreData also works in consulting, development, training and help on Computing for Management and Information Technologies.

With the purpose of selling SGAudit in Brazil, for both parties benefit as well as their potential clients in the brazilian market, the two companies agreed on a trading partnership.

In this partnership, MoreData gives Murah Technologies exclusive rights to sell SGAudit and MoreData's additional services in Brazil.

In this partnership, MoreData is responsible for:

• supporting Murah Technologies in selling and installing SGAudit as well as in its maintenance and training
• providing other services of consultancy, development, maintenance and technical help and training
• developing SGAudit according to the needs of the brazilian market evolution

On the other hand, Murah Technologies takes responsibility of:

• searching brazilian market for SGAudit trading conditions
• introducing, suggesting and selling SGAudit and MoreData's additional services
• studying clients' needs to add or improve SGAudit
• installing SGAudit and give its users training
• giving costumers technical support, keeping a team ready to solve any problem, with MoreData experts' help if necessary.

This two year-agreement started on March the 15th 2004 and will be renewed on an annual basis.

SGAudit makes the latest Java-based Web/Intranet technologies work with reliable relational databases management systems, allowing audit teams integrated management of their work.
